These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RZRV platform, website, and services provided by RZRV ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using RZRV, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Account Registration

To use RZRV, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use RZRV. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of the Service

RZRV provides AI-powered appointment scheduling tools for businesses. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to RZRV.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use automated scripts to collect information from or interact with the service without our written permission.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the platform.
• Use the AI booking assistant to generate spam, misleading content, or abusive communications.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

RZRV offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.

• Billing: paid subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Free trials: paid plans may include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged.
• Price changes: we may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to RZRV, including business information, customer records, and booking data ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. You must have proper consent from your customers before storing their personal information in RZRV, and you must comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations).

We handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Features and Limitations

RZRV uses artificial intelligence for features such as the booking assistant, no-show prediction, and smart scheduling suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are recommendations and may not always be correct.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI-generated actions before they take effect on your schedule. RZRV is not liable for business decisions made based on AI recommendations, including but not limited to incorrect risk assessments, scheduling conflicts, or miscommunicated booking details.

6. Third-Party Integrations

RZRV integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Stripe, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. If an integration causes data loss or service disruption, our liability is limited to the extent described in these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The RZRV platform, including its design, code, AI models, features, and documentation, is owned by RZRV and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the RZRV platform without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases requiring immediate action.

Upon termination, we will retain Your Data for 30 days to allow export. After 30 days, Your Data will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimers

RZRV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or business losses arising from use of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RZRV and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RZRV in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RZRV from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of RZRV after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
